Friendly staff, helpful with room arrangements. Basic but decent breakfast. Free dinner nights are sociable. €1 tequila shots at the bar. Comfortable beds and clean hostel. Good location for walking around. No curfew for clubbing.

We had an amazing time staying at this hostel! The location was perfect, being really close to the center and just a stone's throw away from the train station. The Puerta del Sol area, which is the hub of a lot of fun in the city, was also very close by. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a separate kitchen with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a map with all the sights around. They even offered a bar crawl and tapas tour, which was a great way to meet other travelers. The breakfast was delicious too!

There were some noisy teenagers in the hostel who were not considerate of other guests, but that might just have been a one-time occurrence.

One of the highlights of this hotel is its prime location in the heart of the city. It is situated in a very good place, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and experience the vibrant energy of the center.

The location of Cats Hostel Madrid Sol was fantastic! It was just a short walk away from Plaza de Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel, making it easy to explore the city. The hostel also had good transport links to Anton Martin and Sol station, made getting around even easier.

Pleasant and cozy atmosphere, with a fine Moorish design atrium. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hostel was always joyful. The 8-bed dorm and bathrooms were clean and in good shape. I highly recommend this hostel for a comfortable stay in Madrid.

The location of the hostel was fantastic - all the main tourist spots were within walking distance. The courtyard was really nice and the cleanliness of the hostel was great. I was kinda surprised that there was no excessive partying or noise.

The wifi connection was a bit problematic, sometimes I couldn't connect at all and when I could, it was very slow. The breakfast options were limited and served in plastic cups and plates, although it was inexpensive.

Nothing not to love.

Well-equipped rooms, spacious lockers, and a nice bar open until 1 am. Great location for clubbing, close to Kapital. Lucky to have a room with a balcony. Enjoyed Halloween festivities and restful nights due to noise rules. Highly recommend city tour and pub crawl for meeting new people and experiencing nightlife.
